Regular Review. The Parties shall meet to perform reviews of the Policy and Procedures Manual as reasonably requested by VITA.

During a sessional lecturer's first nine (9) credit units of instruction, the department head, Xxxx or designate shall conduct a regular review. Regular Review. Each officer will meet with a shift supervisor on a bi-monthly basis to review their performance and activity. There may be times due to scheduling that this meeting is outside the two-month window. A copy of all documentation, including monthly statistics, contact sheet entries, counseling, or discipline will be documented and passed on to the commander of the shift.
