Room Moves. 9.1.1 With our prior, written permission you may move from one room to another in your existing Halls or to different Halls, provided: • your reason for doing so is, in our sole opinion, a reasonable one; and • you provide evidence in support of your request; and • you provide evidence that the Hall Fees are paid up to and including the date of your request to move rooms; and • there is a suitable room available for you to move into.

Room Moves. 12.1 The College has reserved the right to require you to change rooms within the hall/residence, or in exceptional circumstances, to move to accommodation in a different hall/residence at any point during the Licence term (see clause 1.3).
Room Moves. Because we are continually receiving new students, especially the first few days of classes, no room change requests will be honored the first two weeks of classes.
