Room, Suite, Apartment, and Hall Care. 1. Residents agree to uphold reasonable care of their rooms, its furnishings, and to maintain sanitary and safe conditions acceptable to Residence Life. To prevent charges, residents are responsible for the removal of their own trash to dumpsters located at the exterior of each building.

Room, Suite, Apartment, and Hall Care. Residents agree to uphold reasonable care of their rooms, its furnishings, and to maintain sanitary and safe conditions acceptable to Residence Life. To prevent charges, residents are responsible for the removal of their own trash to dumpsters located at the exterior of each building. Apartment Care and Inspections: Residence Life expects residents to keep their apartments and rooms in a clean, sanitary condition. Housing will inspect apartments and rooms for health, safety, and cleanliness at least once a term. They will address prohibited items, such as alcohol (when under 21), drugs, and drug paraphernalia. Student conduct meetings and fines may also result. Residence Life will provide written or oral notice before these inspections. Residence Life reserves the right to put apartments/suites on more frequent inspections (e.g. once every week) or random inspections between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Residence Life will provide one-time notice that apartments/suites are on frequent or random inspections, and they may continue indefinitely. Lofting, stacking, or removal of any bed not originally designed to be lofted or stacked is prohibited. Cinderblocks are prohibited and the construction of loft/bunk beds is prohibited. Waterbeds are not permitted. All furniture must be kept in the room to which it is assigned. Residents are responsible to restore the room to its original condition and configuration prior to checkout. This requires that all components, equipment, and furnishings are in the room and assembled. Residents are financially responsible for any damage to their room and furnishings other than normal wear and tear. Any costs to return the room to its original condition will be charged to the residents. Additional furniture may be added to a student’s room upon approval. Requests for approval to add new furniture may be done through the contract modification process referenced in section I.F.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Extended Health Care i) Effective July 1, 2004 the annual Extended Health Care deductible will be increased to fifty dollars ($50.00) for single or family coverage.
