Common use of Room Clause in Contracts

Room. The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of a single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology Residence & Conference Centre” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident. All rooms are shared occupancy with people of the same gender designated by the Manager.
