Common use of Room Clause in Contracts

The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Niagara College Residence - Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.
