ROSTER PATTERN. Monday - Wednesday 10 / 4 Roster sample – days may be adjusted in accordance with clause 38.32
ROSTER PATTERN. This arrangement requires the employee to work in conjunction with wet processing to meet harvesting requirements across the year. Day length will be dependent upon harvesting requirements. At present this arrangement is a 7 days on 7 days off arrangement in the event that a change is required at Wet processing that results in a change to hours/roster - salaries will be reviewed in line with the change.
ROSTER PATTERNIn addition to the two annual hours patterns available under this arrangement there are two flexible roster patterns. The roster and hours worked at each region will be selected by the Regional Manager based on most suitable arrangement necessary to meet workload and operational requirements of that region. 22.1.2.1 Roster options are worked on the basis of either a 4 days on/4 days off or a 2 / 3 day arrangement (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
ROSTER PATTERN. This arrangement is on even time 7 days/7 days off roster which covers the farming operation at Macquarie Harbour for every day of the year. Employees work flexibly to meet the workload and/or operational requirements to an average of 12 hours per day.
ROSTER PATTERNRosters will be released to staff at least seven (7) days in advance of the beginning of the roster period. The business is committed to providing employees with at least two (2) rest days in each seven (7) day roster.
