Roster Pattern. In addition to the two annual hours patterns available under this arrangement there are two flexible roster patterns. The roster and hours worked at each region will be selected by the Regional Manager based on most suitable arrangement necessary to meet workload and operational requirements of that region.

Roster Pattern. This arrangement is on even time 7 days/7 days off roster which covers the farming operation at Macquarie Harbour for every day of the year. Employees work flexibly to meet the workload and/or operational requirements to an average of 12 hours per day.

Day length will be dependent upon harvesting requirements. At present this arrangement is a 7 days on 7 days off arrangement in the event that a change is required at Wet processing that results in a change to hours/roster - salaries will be reviewed in line with the change.
