Roster structure. Other than with prior agreement between the employee and their manager, the roster structure will meet the following conditions: a) A maximum of 11.5 hours may be rostered on any one day. The daily maximum hours are exclusive of a meal break. b) An employee will not be rostered to work for more than ten (10) hours per day on more than three (3) consecutive days without agreement. c) No employee shall be rostered to work more than seven (7) days in succession without a rostered day off without agreement. d) Where split shifts are rostered the spread of hours can be no greater than twelve (12) hours per day. e) Full-time employees will either be engaged or paid for a minimum of six (6) hours on any one (1) day. f) Part-time employees will either be engaged or paid for a minimum of three (3) hours on any one day. g) Casual employees will either be engaged or paid for a minimum of two (2) hours on any one (1) day. h) Employees will be entitled to a minimum of eight (8) days off in any four (4) week cycle.

  • Master Feeder Structure If permitted by the 1940 Act, the Board of Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, and without a Shareholder vote, may cause the Trust or any one or more Series to convert to a master feeder structure (a structure in which a feeder fund invests all of its assets in a master fund, rather than making investments in securities directly) and thereby cause existing Series of the Trust to either become feeders in a master fund, or to become master funds in which other funds are feeders.

  • Governance Structure The Academy shall be organized and administered under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the governance structure as set forth in its Bylaws. The Academy’s Board of Directors shall meet at least six times per fiscal year, unless another schedule is mutually agreed upon by the University President or Designee and the Academy.

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • Changes to Fee Structure In the event of Listing, the Company and the Advisor shall negotiate in good faith to establish a fee structure appropriate for a perpetual-life entity.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case by case basis.

  • Fee Structure In consideration of Consultant providing services, Municipality shall pay Consultant for Services performed in accordance with Exhibit A – List of Services and Fee Schedule.
