Rostering of Hours. 13.1 Actual working hours in Member Services will be 9am – 5pm Mon, Wed, Fri and 8.30am – 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday. For other areas, actual working hours will be set by agreement upon commencement of this agreement. 13.2 Commencing and ceasing times within the span of hours may be staggered by the employer to improve operational efficiency.

Rostering of Hours. Subject to the further provisions of this clause it is agreed that the 38 ordinary hours of work per week may be rostered on the following basis:
Rostering of Hours. An outstanding issue that requires resolution is the equity of hours worked between testers. It is incumbent on the Consultative Committee to develop a roster that is fair and equitable within 8 weeks of certifying this agreement. The outcome must be agreed to and adhered by all parties. The roster will only be deemed to be successfully operating when it reduces the variation of hours worked between all testers.

  • Scheduling of Hours ‌ (a) Regular Employees (1) (i) Regular employees shall be scheduled hours within their classification based on seniority, subject to the employee's ability to meet specific client needs and geographic location.

  • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. (b) A shift worker is an employee who works ordinary hours outside the day worker span of hours.

  • Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.

  • Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.

  • Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Amount Payable under the Contract: enter the total amount paid by the State to the State Contractor under the Contract, for work by the Employees in the employment category, for services provided during the report period.

  • Processing of a Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the Employer that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee and a Union representative shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss of pay when a grievance is investigated and presented to the Employer during normal working hours provided that the employee and the Union representative have notified and received the approval of the designated supervisor who has determined that such absence is reasonable and would not be detrimental to the work programs of the Employer.

  • Rostering 8.1 This clause 8 shall only apply in respect to Employers listed in Schedule 5 – Legal Entities and Schools Covered by this Agreement, who engage Teachers to work for 48 weeks or more per year in an Early Childhood Service. 8.2 Rostering arrangements will not occur that would otherwise entitle employees to shift penalties under the Award. 8.3 Employees will not be rostered to regularly work outside the Award span of hours. 8.4 Employees will not be regularly required to work overtime.
