Employee’s personal circumstances will be discussed and considered wherever practicable. Appropriate notice will be provided to enable employees to make suitable arrangements.

TRANSITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS Employees who commence permanent employment prior to 1 July 2015 who are employed in the areas outlined in Table 32.12.1 will be given the choice to adopt the new hours of work arrangements outlined below, or retain their existing provisions. Should an employee who commenced permanent employment prior to 1 July 2015 accept a new position with a spread of hours different to their current arrangement, they will be given the choice to adopt the abovementioned hours of work or retain their existing provisions. Should an employee who commenced permanent employment prior to 1 July 2015 elect to adopt the new hours of work arrangements they will relinquish the option of returning to their pre 1 July 2015 hours of work arrangements. In relation to a shift roster commencing at five (5) am a Team Member, who is directly employed by the Company at the date of lodgement of this Agreement with the Workplace Authority, will not be compelled to work such roster if they demonstrate genuine hardship such a change would cause. To address such an issue the Company and Team Member will work to find a solution.
