Rules Applicable. Fin R 3.1 The financial management of the Conference shall be governed by the Agreement, by the present Rules and by any other pertinent texts adopted by the Conference.

Rules Applicable. The arbitration proceeding shall be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) with such proceedings to be held in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Judgment upon the award rendered by arbitration may be issued and enforced by any court having competent jurisdiction.
