Rules Regarding Permitted Uses. For the term of this Agreement and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the County's ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations, and official policies, including, without limitation, the Project Approvals, governing the permitted uses of the Property, governing density, design, improvement and construction standards and specifications applicable to the Property, including but not limited to, all public improvements, shall be those in force and effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement (the "Applicable Rules").

Rules Regarding Permitted Uses. Except as may be provided otherwise in this Agreement, the County’s ordnances, resolutions, rules, regulations and official policies governing the permitted uses of the Property, the density and intensity of use, the rate, timing and sequencing of development, the maximum height, size, and design of proposed buildings, and the provisions for reservation and dedication of land, shall be those set forth in the Collective Standards.

Except as provided in Section 8.2, this Agreement does not vest Landowner’s rights to pay development impact fees, exactions and dedications, processing fees, inspection fees, plan checking fees, or charges.

  • Additional Permitted Uses In addition to those purposes set forth in the Agreement, Business Associate may use PHI for the following additional purposes:

For each Term of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall obtain, pay for, maintain, and comply with all licenses, permits, certifications, authorizations, approvals, or any other documents required by all applicable government agency having jurisdiction over the Concession Premises or the conduct of Concessionaire's operations thereon. No operation shall begin until Concessionaire has provided such written evidence to Department.

  • LAWS, LICENSES, PERMITS AND REGULATIONS Contractor and County agree to comply with all State laws and regulations that pertain to construction, health and safety, labor, minimum wage, fair employment practice, equal opportunity, and all other matters applicable to Contractor and County, their sub-grantees, Contractors, or subcontractor, and their work. Contractor shall possess and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, certificates and credentials required by the laws of the United States, the State of California, County of Merced and all other appropriate governmental agencies, including any certification and credentials required by County. Requirement to Have a Single Audit: In the case that this Agreement is a Grant that is funded in whole or in part by federal funds, the Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report isrequired. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.

  • LICENSES AND STANDARDS 17 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary licenses and permits 18 required by the laws of the United States, State of California, County of 19 Orange and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services 20 described in this Agreement, and agrees to maintain these licenses and permits 21 in effect for the duration of this Agreement.
