Uniform Codes Applicable. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, or other construction permits for the Project.
Uniform Codes Applicable. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.2 above, to the extent Applicable Law includes requirements under the state or locally adopted building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire codes (collectively the "Construction Codes"), the Construction Codes included shall be those in force and effect at the time Owner submits its application for the relevant building, grading, or other construction permits to City; provided, in the event of a conflict between such Construction Codes and the Project Approvals, the Project Approvals shall, to the maximum extent allowed by law, prevail.
Uniform Codes Applicable. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Building Standards (including, without limitation, the California Green Building Standards), Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes, the standard construction specifications of the Local Agency issuing the applicable building or improvement permit (whether or not the applicable work of construction is thereafter annexed to the City prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or notice of completion for Project Infrastructure) and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, encroachment or other construction permits for the Project. Without limiting the foregoing, the then-current California Green Building Standards Code, or some or all of the Amendments to the California Green Building Standards Code, as set forth in Section 15.04 of the City’s Municipal Code, whichever standard is more stringent, shall apply to the Project.
Uniform Codes Applicable. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the California Building Standards Codes, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, as adopted and amended by the City, as the same shall be in effect as of the time of approval of the permit in question. The Project shall also be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes, City standard construction specifications, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, encroachment or other construction permits for the Project. If no permit is required for a given infrastructure improvement or other improvement, such improvement will be constructed in accordance with said Codes in effect in the City as of the commencement of construction of such improvement.

Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes, City standard construction specifications, and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, encroachment or other construction permits for the Project. If no permits are required for infrastructure improvements, such improvements will be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes, City standard construction specifications, and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the start of construction of such infrastructure.
Uniform Codes Applicable. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, and Electrical Codes and applicable provisions of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect in County at the time a completed application is submitted for the appropriate building, grading, or other construction permits for the Project. The Project shall be built to the LEED Gold or Platinum applicable building code standards,including CalGREEN, in effect at in County at the time a completed application is submitted for the appropriate building, grading, or other construction permits for the Project.
Uniform Codes Applicable. This Project shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the International Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Codes, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, encroachment or other construction permits for the Project. If no permits are required for the infrastructure improvements, such improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the codes delineated herein in effect at the start of construction of such infrastructure.
Uniform Codes Applicable. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Project shall be improved and constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Building Standards Codes in effect at the time as of the time of the City’s consideration of approval of the relevant permit sought by Developer for the Project.
Uniform Codes Applicable. Unless expressly provided in this Agreement, development of the Property shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the City’s adopted Uniform Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, or other construction permits for such development.
