Safe Working Conditions. 19.1 The parties will comply with all applicable State and Federal laws relating to safe working conditions. 19.2 Whenever a faculty member becomes aware of a condition which the faculty member feels is a violation of an institutional safety, health rule or regulation, the faculty member will report such condition to an appropriate administrator who will promptly investigate such conditions and, if appropriate, remediate in a timely manner. 19.3 Protective devices and first aid equipment will be provided to faculty members who practice in a hazardous institutional environment. The faculty members will be responsible for the proper use of such devices.
