Safety and Instructional Meetings. Employees attending mandatory safety or instructional meetings shall receive a minimum of one half (½) day’s pay at their appropriate hourly rate. It is understood that pay for such attendance shall not be cumulative for the purpose of overtime payments.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.
