Common use of Safety Boot Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Safety Boot Reimbursement. The City agrees to reimburse each employee up to $300 per fiscal year for the purchase of safety boots provided the employee’s department head determines the need to use safety boots as part of the employee’s job and the employee submits receipts for the boots purchased. Safety boots reimbursements shall be paid within a reasonable period of time from when the employee submits the receipts.
