Workwear. The employer shall provide all necessary workwear (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal protection equipment (PPE). Necessary workwear also means workwear fitted for women and men, and a unisex model is not satisfactory. This is under the assumption that the workwear satisfies the necessary HSE requirements, and that this is feasible and financially prudent. Workwear and PPE provided by the company are the company’s property. When a new set of workwear is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used PPE as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.
Workwear. Gloves, coveralls, rain gear, CSA rain boots (metatarsal protection) and winter liners for hard hats will be supplied by the Company as required.
Workwear. The company will supply work gloves and dust masks upon request. Gloves will not be worn when working with conveyor equipment
Workwear. The company shall keep suitable work clothes, which is the company's property, for employees with work tasks that cause special soiling of or extra-ordinary wear on their clothes, as well as for those who work under special and difficult conditions with regard to cold and drafts. Work clothes, shoes or uniforms required by the company or public authority shall be paid for by the employer and are his property. In companies where employees are exposed in their work to loads that can be remedied by appropriate footwear, discussions about this must be entered into in order to achieve satisfactory arrangements. In such cases, other protective measures must also be discussed, e.g. measures with regard to improvement of floors or other surfaces.
Workwear. All clothing items supplied, including any non-slip footwear, belong to the enterprise and must not leave enterprise premises. Both ordinary workwear (tunics/shirts and trousers) as well as specialist workwear (oil- skin clothing and other specialist clothing, etc.) is to have been freshly washed when supplied to the employee. It is up to the individual employee to properly take care of the clothing items provided, including any tools, etc. Every employee must furthermore comply with the enterprise’s applicable rules of procedure with regards to supplying, storing, washing and returning items. Workwear. Enterprises supply employees who have been employed for more than three months in the enterprise with two sets of stand- ard workwear per year at the choice of the enterprise. Workwear may be supplied in accordance with a fixed annual schedule de- termined by the enterprise and is the property of the enterprise.
Workwear. The Company will arrange to supply protective workwear at no cost to its employees. All employees are required to wear the current, Company issued, protective workwear. Each full-time employee will have eleven (11) sets of protective workwear, up to 5 to be available at any one time; one set in use on the employee, and 5 sets to be cleaned. Each full-time employee will initially receive a three (3) in one (1) winter coat and one(1) set of leggings. Future replacements will require the employee to return the old winter protective wear to their Manager/Supervisor to be considered for replacement. In the case of a dispute, as to the need for replacement, the Joint Health and Safety Committee will investigate and make recommendation. All protective workwear will be considered Company property and must be kept at the Company. Rain Gear will be provided for full time outside workers.
Workwear. 3.7.13.1 The Contractor’s staff must be provided with suitable protective clothing which must clearly be labelled with the Contractor’s name and worn at all times whilst on the Institution’s Sites.

In connection with work in cold stores and refrigerated work rooms, relevant clothing and undergarments are supplied which are adapted to the needs of the individual employee. It is up to the individual employee to properly take care of the clothing items provided, in- cluding any tools, etc. The enterprise is responsible for all washing and maintenance.
