Common use of Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Safety Committee. A Safety and Health Committee shall be established. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the committee shall be composed of: (a) up to two (2) representatives appointed by the Employer; and (b) up to two (2) representatives appointed by the Union. The Union representatives shall be employees at the workplace.
