Safety Meetings and Directives. Periodic safety meetings shall be held at the option of the District during paid duty time. Safety directives shall be issued by the District, as necessary, to maintain safe working conditions.

Safety Meetings (iii) Accident investigation.
Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. To promote communication and problem resolution between the City and the membership of the union, the Human Resources Director, and other representatives determined appropriate by the City may meet quarterly with the Executive Officers of the Union and other representatives that would be useful to discuss or resolve current issues.
Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure.
