SAFETY PROGRAM AND SITE SAFETY PLAN. Within thirty (30) days from the Award Date, or as otherwise directed, the Contractor shall submit the following: (1) Safety Program, and (2) Site Safety Plan. The Safety Program shall set forth the Contractor’s overall safety policy, regulatory compliance plan and minimum safety standards. The Site Safety Plan shall identify project work scope, safety hazards associated with the project tasks, and include specific safety procedures and training appropriate and necessary to complete the work. The Safety Program and the Site Safety Plan are subject to review and acceptance by the Construction Safety Unit prior to the commencement of work at the site. Failure by the Contractor to submit an acceptable Site Safety Plan and Safety Program shall be grounds for default.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK The Supplier shall undertake its obligations arising hereunder and in all Contracts in accordance with the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System or equivalent. Both parties shall take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of the other party’s employees and agents visiting their premises. The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any use of substances listed under COSHH regulations or the Montreal Protocol in the provision of the Services.

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.
