SALARIES AND PROFESSIONAL CLASSIFICATIONS. 10.01 Salaries and professional classifications as set forth in Appendix "A" will remain in effect for the duration of this Agreement. 10.02 When a new position appropriately covered by this Agreement is established, salaries shall be negotiated. If the parties are unable to agree, such dispute may be submitted to arbitration. The salary shall be retroactive to the date the position was first established.
