SALARIES & CLASSIFICATIONS OF EMPLOYEES. 15.1 All employees shall be classified and paid in accordance with Appendix "A", which is attached to and forms part of this Agreement. New or changed positions shall be evaluated to conform with positions in Appendix "A" and such determination shall be subject to the provisions of Article 16.
