SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Salary Adjustment Effective July 1, 2018. Effective July 1, 2018, the annual base salary for each member of the bargaining unit who began employment with the College prior to January 1, 2018, in a full-time capacity, shall be increased by one thousand one hundred forty dollars ($1,140). If the adjusted annual base salary, including applicable service bonus, exceeds the maximum salary level of the applicable grade, then the annual base salary shall be the maximum salary as set forth in Exhibit C and the employee shall receive the difference between the full amount of the increase prescribed in this paragraph and the amount to the maximum of the range in the form of a one-time lump sum payment, payable during the month of January, 2019. Those employees who commenced full-time employment after December 31, 2017 shall continue at their current annual base salary without any increase through June 30, 2019. Effective July 1, 2019, the annual base salary for each member of the bargaining unit who began employment with the College prior to January 1, 2019, in a full-time capacity, shall be increased by one and seventy fifth one-hundredth percent (1.75%). If the adjusted annual base salary, including applicable service bonus, exceeds the maximum salary level of the applicable grade, then the annual base salary shall be the maximum salary as set forth in Exhibit C and the employee shall receive the difference between the full amount of the increase prescribed in this paragraph and the amount to the maximum of the range in the form of a one time lump sum payment, payable during the month of January, 2020. Those employees who commenced full-time employment after December 31, 2018 shall continue at their current annual base salary without any increase through June 30, 2020. Effective July 1, 2020, the annual base salary for each member of the bargaining unit who began employment with the College prior to January 1, 2020, in a full-time capacity, shall be increased by one and seventy fifth one-hundredth percent (1.75%).   • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • Payment and Year-End Adjustment Amounts accrued pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable to the Adviser as of the last day of each month. If necessary, on or before the last day of the first month of each fiscal year, an adjustment payment shall be made by the appropriate party in order that the actual Fund Operating Expenses of a Fund for the prior fiscal year (including any reimbursement payments hereunder with respect to such fiscal year) do not exceed the Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date.   • Adjustments Not Yet Effective Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture or the Notes, if: (i) a Note is to be converted pursuant to Physical Settlement or Combination Settlement; (ii) the record date, effective date or Expiration Time for any event that requires an adjustment to the Conversion Rate pursuant to Section 5.05(A) has occurred on or before the Conversion Date for such conversion (in the case of Physical Settlement) or on or before any VWAP Trading Day in the Observation Period for such conversion (in the case of Combination Settlement), but an adjustment to the Conversion Rate for such event has not yet become effective as of such Conversion Date or VWAP Trading Day, as applicable; (iii) the Conversion Consideration due upon such conversion includes any whole shares of Common Stock (in the case of Physical Settlement) or due in respect of such VWAP Trading Day includes any whole or fractional shares of Common Stock (in the case of Combination Settlement); and (iv) such shares are not entitled to participate in such event (because they were not held on the related record date or otherwise), then, solely for purposes of such conversion, the Company will, without duplication, give effect to such adjustment on such Conversion Date (in the case of Physical Settlement) or such VWAP Trading Day (in the case of Combination Settlement). In such case, if the date on which the Company is otherwise required to deliver the consideration due upon such conversion is before the first date on which the amount of such adjustment can be determined, then the Company will delay the settlement of such conversion until the second (2nd) Business Day after such first date.

  • Annual Adjustment At the end of each Fiscal Year and following receipt by Manager of the annual accounting referred to in Article 10, an adjustment will be made to such annual account, if necessary and if available, so that the appropriate amount shall have been deposited in the Reserve.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions: (A) Deductions from a salaried employee's salary may be made for any workweek in which the salaried employee performs no work. (B) Deductions from a salaried employee's salary may be made when the employee absents himself from work for a full day or days for personal reasons, other than sickness or accident. This provision shall not prevent appropriate deductions from being made from any employee's vacation leave balance pursuant to Article 11 of this Agreement for absences of less than a day for personal reasons, other than sickness or accident. (C) Deductions from an employee's salary may be made when a salaried employee absents himself from work for a day (or days) for sickness or accident disability in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of this Agreement. (D) Deduction in a salaried employee's salary may be made for the initial or terminal week of the salaried employee if the salaried employee fails to work the entire workweek.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.
