- Salary Adjustments- Upon successful completion of any approved course or in-service during the previous ten years, the employee shall notify the Superintendent or Superintendent's designee by September 10th of the following year, that the employee is eligible to receive credit toward an educational lane change on the salary schedule. The salary change will first appear on the October paycheck with an amount equal to the September and October stipends.
