Salary and Fringe Benefits. Job sharing teachers will receive a prorated portion of the salary they would be eligible to receive if they were working full time. Such teachers may elect to purchase health and life insurance through the Board’s group plans, with the Board paying fifty percent (50%) of each job sharing teacher’s health insurance premiums.
