Salary Dispute Resolution. It is agreed that any salary dispute between a driver or an attendant and representatives of the Department of Transportation resulting from discrepancies over time of bus runs will be reviewed by the Director with a Union Representative if required, in an effort to resolve the issue. A representative of the Union and the Department of Transportation may accompany the driver to verify accuracy of the bus route.
