Reimbursement for Job Related Courses. The Board of Education will reimburse unit members for job-related courses or training programs. Reimbursement will be for cost of tuition not to exceed a rate of up to $300 per graduate credit. The number of courses to be reimbursed will not exceed 12 credits per fiscal year or $75 per undergraduate credit. The total number of credits to be reimbursed for any employee will not exceed 45 credits. Non-credit courses or training programs will be reimbursed using semester hour conversion. (i.e. – 15 hours = 1 credit) In order to qualify for reimbursement, all courses must be approved by the immediate supervisor and the appropriate executive staff member prior to enrollment in the course. The employee must pass the course, with a “C” or better when letter grades are issued, in order to be reimbursed.

Reimbursement for Job Related Courses. (a) When an employee registers in a job-related course to be taken on his/her own time, as approved in advance by the Employer, the Employer will reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of this course to the employee. Reimbursement will be made following approval and proof of registration. The employee must submit proof of successful completion within three (3) months of course completion. If the employee does not successfully complete the course, course fees will be recovered from the employee at the end of the course semester.

Reimbursement for Job Related Courses. Each nurse employed by the Board shall be eligible to receive one hundred percent (100%) reimbursement for job-related course work at a college or university up to a maximum of $850 per course, and a maximum of three (3) courses per year. In order to be eligible for such reimbursement, the course[s] must be approved by the Superintendent. It is understood that such course work may be taken for continuing education units (CEU's) as well as academic credit. Reimbursement for CEU's shall be no greater than a maximum of $500 per course.

  • REIMBURSEMENT FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE In the event that an employee, required or authorized by his/her Agency/Department Head to use a private automobile on County business, while so using the automobile, should incur property damage to the employee's automobile through no negligence of the employee, and the employee is unable to recover the cost of such property damage from either his/her own insurance company or from any other driver, or other source, such costs shall be paid to such employee of the County, in a sum not exceeding $500, provided that any claims the employee may have against his/her insurance company or any third party have been litigated or settled, and provided further, that the employee is not found guilty of a violation of the California Vehicle Code or Penal Code in connection with the accident causing such damage. Employees shall submit proof of loss, damage or theft (i.e., appropriate police report and/or estimated statement of loss) to the Agency/Department Head within 30 days of such loss, damage or theft. Property damage or loss incurred to the private automobile while located on the street or at the parking facility serving the employee’s normal place of work shall not be compensated under this section, but property damage or loss incurred to the private automobile while located on the street or at the parking facility serving the employee’s County business destination shall be compensated as provided above.

  • ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:
