Salary Maintenance. Increases in salary to each Unit Member and step advances shall depend upon that Unit Member receiving a satisfactory evaluation, subject to the following conditions: 1. A “satisfactory evaluation” is a formal evaluation conducted pursuant to Article XI of this Agreement, which concludes with the following recommendation: “satisfactory.”
