Common use of SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS Clause in Contracts

SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS. (a) The employees covered under this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements. (b) Accessing a salary sacrifice arrangement is a voluntary decision to be made by the individual employee. (c) The Employee wishing to enter into a salary sacrifice arrangement will be required to notify his/her Company in writing of the intention to do so. (d) The company shall meet the cost of implementing the administrative and payroll arrangements necessary for the introduction of salary sacrifice to the employees under the agreement. (e) Employees entering into salary sacrifice arrangements will be for the purpose of additional superannuation contribution above the Company and co-contributions superannuation payments.
