Sale or Closure of a Store. In the event of sale or closure of an employee's store, employees affected shall have first right of hire at other Clarity Cannabis locations covered by a UFCW 1518 Collective Agreement over external candidates within the first three (3) months following the sale or closure, and subject to Section 7.01.
