Savings Plan (401k). 24.1 Regular full-time and regular part-time employees hired prior to June 1, 2011, who do not or cannot exercise the option described in Article 22, Section 22.5, shall be eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Savings Plan (the “401(k) Plan”), without a Company match, in accordance with the terms of the 401(k) Plan.
