SICK / PERSONAL TIME. A. Bargaining unit employees are provided a lump sum of forty (40) hours of sick/personal time (to be used in no less than one (1) hour increments) at the start of each calendar year (January 1). New Hires are paid a prorated number of sick/personal hours based on his/her date of hire.

SICK / PERSONAL TIME. All full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible for a maximum of six paid days off per year to be used for hours and/or days missed due to illness or personal reasons.

SICK / PERSONAL TIME. Upon completion of their probationary period employees shall earn sick/personal time off credits at the rate of 3.08 hours per pay period worked not to exceed a maximum of eighty (80) hours.

  • Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.
