SCALE OF FEES. 7.1 The fees and royalties for the Associated Member are established by IQNET and are mentioned in the scale of fees and royalties (Annex 1). 7.2 In case of a fee / royalty modification IQNET will inform the Associated Member at least 6 months before an ordinary contract renewal. The member has the right to accept it or to renounce the contract within six months after receipt of the modification notice.

The Company shall pay all stamp and other taxes and duties levied in connection with the issuance of any Securities.

  • Calculation of Fees Ameriprise will have sole responsibility, and Ameriprise’s records will provide the sole basis, for calculating fees for which Ameriprise invoices under this Agreement. However, the Issuer Entities may provide records to assist Ameriprise in its calculations.
