If you do not wish your Contract to extend in this way after expiry of the Fixed Term, you must give us notice that you do not wish for your Contract to extend no less than one calendar month before the end of the Fixed Term (or, where you have chosen to freeze your Contract, the Extended Term). For example, your Fixed Term Contract is for six months and started on 1 January 2020, you must give us notice on 1 June 2020 at the latest, telling us you that you do not wish your Fixed Term Contract to continue on a Rolling Term basis after 30 June 2020.
