Scalping. In order to ensure the stability of the Charterprime platforms and products, Charterprime reserves the right to close, amend or reverse scalping strategies (we define scalping strategies as a method traders use where they open and close trades within 120 seconds, and this scalping trades constitute more than 20% of total trades) and EA strategies (an EA is an Expert Advisor, which is an added on software linked to a Meta Trader currency platform and allows for automatic trades under certain conditions). The use of EAs may be subject to approval by Charterprime.

Scalpers are prone to detection on days marked by substantial news activity, including but not limited to events such as FOMC, CPI, and NFP. It's crucial to emphasize that the company maintains the discretion to enforce its rights outlined in Clause 19.2, even if it decides not to do so initially. Any decision by the company to forgo the exercise of its rights at a given time does not prevent it from enforcing those rights later, exercising this discretion as deemed necessary.
Scalping. The client confirms that any scalping triggered from a price slippage, freezing in our internal online systems or others is strictly forbidden. Consequently the Financial Institution has the full right to reverse the transactions executed without the need to any instructions or approval of the Client and the Client will be fully responsible of any loss attected.

Scalping. 8.2.1. The IB acknowledges and agrees that the practice of scalping, defined as the making of numerous trades over a short period to capture small price movements, is not allowed on our platform.
8.2.2. Scalping can create excessive order traffic and potentially manipulate market prices.

Scalping. All debris, including compacted slash, duff, ashes, rotten wood, and loose rock must be cleared from planting spots, provided such material is no more than one foot in depth. Such debris and any living vegetation must be removed from within 6 inches of each planted tree.
