Account Credentials. When you first enroll in the Online Services, you will receive a User ID and temporary password. You will be prompted at the first log-on attempt to create a new password that will allow you to access the Online Services. Only you will have knowledge of this password. We may, from time to time, change the requirements for passwords used to access the Online Services. In the event of such a change, you will be required to change your password the next time you access the Online Services. If you are one of multiple borrowers on a particular loan and/or account that is accessible via the Online Services, you hereby acknowledge and agree that any one or more of the co-borrowers on the loan and/or account may request and be granted access to Online Services for the loan and/or account, and may continue to have access even if such co-borrower is released from personal liability on the loan and/or account (although you may request that we remove access for such individuals by contacting us directly). You are solely responsible for the security and use of your User ID and password. To prevent unauthorized access to your accounts and to prevent unauthorized use of the Online Services, you agree to keep your passwords, codes, and User IDs confidential. If you disclose your account numbers, codes, User IDs, and/or password to any person(s) or entity or permit their use, you assume all risks and losses associated with the same and are responsible for any transactions and activities performed by such person(s) or entity. If you access the Online Services through our mobile applications, we may allow you to authenticate your identity using a biometric rather than a User ID and password. Biometric authentication will only be available on certain mobile devices, such as the Touch ID and Face ID technology for Apple mobile devices and the Fingerprint technology for Android mobile devices. You will be able to control whether biometric authentication is enabled or disabled from the security settings of your mobile device. Once enabled, you will be able to access your Online Services using any biometric registered on your device. You are solely responsible for the security of your mobile device. If you allow any person(s) to register a biometric on your mobile device, you assume all risks and losses associated with the same and are responsible for any transactions and activities performed by such person(s). Account Credentials. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the administrator and User login identifications, passwords and account information.
Account Credentials. 3.1 When you first access the Trading Platform you will be asked to enter your Account Credentials to access the Trading Platform, which are confidential and shall be used solely by you. 3.2 You: 3.2.1 are responsible for ensuring that your Account Credentials remain confidential and for taking such other precautions as may be necessary to ensure they cannot be used by any person other than you; and 3.2.2 must notify us immediately if you become aware that your Account Credentials have in any way become compromised or if any third party may be able to use your Account Credentials to access the Trading Platform. 3.2.3 agree that we do not have to establish the authority of anyone quoting your account number or Account Credentials. 3.2.4 agree that the use of your Account Credentials by any third party is expressly prohibited. 3.3 If for any reason we believe that there is, or is likely to be a breach of security with the Trading Platform, we may require you to change your Account Credentials or suspend your access to the Trading Platform. We reserve the right to edit, amend or issue you with new Account Credentials or require a change of your Account Credentials at any time by giving notice to you.

You agree that you are ultimately and solely responsible for all actions on the Trading Platform when accessed through your Registration Data, including any negligent or unauthorised disclosure of your Account Credentials. You undertake to immediately notify us in writing if you become aware of any loss, theft or use by any other person or entity other than you, of any of your Registration Data, including your Account Credentials. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure your computer or device does not permit your access password to be saved to enable automatic re-logging. 3.6 You shall indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, proceeding, loss or damages based upon any use, misuse, or unauthorised use of the Trading Platform through your Account Credentials.

When creating a Trading Account you will be provided with your Account Credentials to access the Trading Platform, which are confidential and shall be used solely by you. Any Transaction made on Client’s Account using the Account Credentials will be deemed as an instruction authorized by the Client, a valid Transaction and binding on the Client. 24.5. If the Client discloses their Account Credentials to a third-party, or if the Company have reason to suspect that such circumstances apply or have applied, it will constitute a breach of the Agreement, the Company may terminate this Agreement. 24.6. The Client agrees holds harmless the Company from losses in the event that their Account on the Trading Platform is hacked or associated unauthorised use of their Account Credentials occurs due to their negligence. 24.7. If we believe that there is likely to be a breach of security, we may require you to change your Account Credentials or suspend your access to the Trading Platform. We reserve the right to edit, amend or issue you with new Account Credentials or require a change of your Account Credentials at any time by giving notice to you.
Account Credentials. Participation in the Program requires you to have an account for our internet-delivered work collaboration service (the “Service”). Use of the Service is governed by our Master Service Agreement. We may elect to waive your subscription fees associated with premium Service accounts, but you acknowledge that we may also reinstate those fees at any time. The Master Service Agreement also governs your use of the Smartsheet Properties except that, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Master Service Agreement, you may distribute or make available Smartsheet API Applications (as defined in Section 4) to third parties during the term of this Agreement, provided that such Smartsheet API Applications comply with this Agreement. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Service account and your login credentials for the Program, and you agree not to provide account information to any third party. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access to the Smartsheet Properties or Service of which you become aware.

You agree to immediately notify us at 806-376- 4669 if you become aware of any loss, theft, unauthorized use or attempted use of your User ID and/or password or any unauthorized use of your username or password.
