Schedule Change/Approved Leave. The Employer agrees it will not make an involuntary schedule change that affects an employee's previously scheduled and approved leave. This does not include short-term leave (3 days or less) unless it is approved thirty (30) days in advance. Management will make every effort not to disrupt leave approved for special events.
