Schedule of Fair Share Fee Deductions. Payroll deduction of annual fair share fees shall commence on the first pay date which occurs on or after January 1st annually. In the case of bargaining unit employees newly hired after the beginning of the school year, the payroll deduction shall commence on the first pay date on or after the later of sixty (60) days’ employment in a bargaining unit position, or January 1st payroll. The payroll deduction schedule will be reevaluated and adjusted as needed prior to the beginning of each school year.
