Scheduling Errors. As of the signing of this Collective Agreement, employees who have missed hours of work through error of the Employer will be offered to work those hours as a supernumerary and the past practice will cease; if, when working said hours as a supernumerary, should another work opportunity for which said employee was eligible and available for, occur, the employee will be offered to work those hours as a supernumerary and so forth;
Scheduling Errors. When employees have been denied work due to scheduling errors (including doubling, holdover and call-ins) they will be made whole by providing them with the opportunity to work a comparable number of hours. Penalty payments will not be permitted in the settlement of grievances. This shall not preclude payment of back pay in appropriate circumstances, such as management abuse.
Scheduling Errors. 1. If more Flight Attendants than needed are scheduled for and report for the same trip, the Flight Attendant who is denied the trip will receive credit for it, unless she/he is assigned to a trip of equal or greater value. 2. When a scheduling error occurs and there is insufficient time to correct the error, the Flight Attendant who was erroneously not awarded or assigned the pairing shall receive pay and credit for the pairing he/she should have been awarded or assigned or for the pairing flown, whichever is greater.
Scheduling Errors. Flight Attendants will not be disciplined for scheduling and/or dispatch mistakes. Flight Attendants will be pay protected for TFP lost as a result of scheduling errors. If the sequence at issue involves premium pay, the Flight Attendant will be pay protected as follows: 1. Charter at two (2.0) times the trip rate for all charter flights whether flown or not; 2. JA at // two and one half (2.5) times the trip rate for all flights flown, and at
