Scheduling of Overtime. When the Foundation requires overtime work, it shall first ascertain if its requirements can be met from those employees willing to work overtime and only in the event of insufficient qualified employees being available will the Foundation be able to direct employees to work overtime. All scheduled overtime shall be distributed as evenly as possible among employees concerned.
