Schematic Design Phase Services. 3.9.1 Consultant shall prepare a preliminary evaluation of City’s program, schedule, budget for the Estimated Cost of the Work, Project site and the proposed procurement or delivery method and other initial information, each in terms of the other, to ascertain the requirements of the Project. Consultant shall notify City of (1) any inconsistencies discovered in the information, and (2) other information or consulting services which reasonably may be needed for the Project.
