COLLECT is restricted and the Provider confirms it has agreed to comply with conditions of use regarding the supply of data to COLLECT.

The Department will where applicable do this securely via COLLECT. By accessing and using this system the NMSS agrees to the terms and conditions detailed at the site governing how it accesses and use the portal. The NMSS will need to ensure that it has the right hardware, operating system and browser.
