Supply of Data. 11.1 THE COLLEGE must supply to the Skills Funding Agency, data on each individual Student, in accordance with the data collections framework set out in the ‘Individualised Learner Record (ILR) Specification 2015 to 16’ as amended and updated.
11.2 THE COLLEGE shall transmit data for each part of the Activities, described in the Appendices, electronically in a batch file specified in the ‘Individualised Learner Record (ILR) Specification 2015 to 16’
11.3 Data collected must be transmitted to the Skills Funding Agency’s Hub, xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/Pages/default.aspx. The Hub is restricted and THE COLLEGE confirms it has agreed to comply with the conditions of use regarding the supply of data to the Skills Funding Agency.
11.4 THE COLLEGE must ensure that data is received by the Skills Funding Agency in accordance with the data collection schedule. THE COLLEGE should refer to the Skills Funding Agency page on the ILR at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/collections/individualised-learner-record-ilr for additional data guidance and information.
11.5 The EFA reserves the right to require THE COLLEGE, at its own cost, to carry out such work as the EFA deems necessary to make a material improvement to the quality of data.
11.6 The EFA reserves the right to suspend payments to THE COLLEGE under the Agreement where data quality gives rise to a material impact (in the view of the EFA) upon the accuracy of the data provided by THE COLLEGE.
11.7 THE COLLEGE shall register with UKRLP and maintain contact details on an on-going basis. (xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx)
11.8 At times the EFA will need to share information with THE COLLEGE. The EFA will do this securely via the Information Management Portal. By accessing and using this system THE COLLEGE agrees to the terms and conditions detailed at the site governing how it accesses and use the portal. THE COLLEGE will need to ensure that it has the right hardware, operating system and browser.
Supply of Data. The Licensor must supply the Licensee with the Data on the Supply Date and Updates in accordance with the Update Frequency, and the terms of this Agreement shall govern the use of such Data.
Supply of Data. Provider shall provide the Data to the BioMedIT Node, or make the Data available to it, in the form and as specified in Exhibit 1.
Supply of Data. PROVIDER shall provide the DATA to the selected REGIONAL NODE, or make the DATA available to it, in the form and as specified in Appendix 1.
Supply of Data. The Licensor shall make the Data available to LICENSEE, at the locations advised by the Licensor by virtue of a data feed (currently Milan FTP). The Licensor does not warrant or represent that the supply of Data will be free of interruption or delay. Subject to Clause 3.1, where there is interruption to the supply of the Data, the Licensor shall use reasonable endeavours to;
a) give LICENSEE appropriate notice of any interruption in situations where the Licensor is aware of a scheduled interruption;
b) where possible, to give an estimate of the period of time it shall take to remedy the interruption; and
c) remedy such interruption as soon as is reasonably practicable after the Licensor has become aware of such interruption. The Licensor reserves the right to reasonably add to or alter or delete any part of the Data provided, however, that it shall give to LICENSEE, where practicable, reasonable prior written notice of its intention to modify the Data. In the event that the functionality and content of the Data substantially and adversely affects the manner in which LICENSEE creates the Data Product as a result of any addition, deletion or modification of any part of the Data by Licensor, LICENSEE has the right to terminate the Agreement in writing, with effect from the day such addition, deletion or modification came into or was intended to come into effect. Unless otherwise specified in the Reference Price Schedule or in the Reference Data Schedule, the Data will be provided only in respect of Business Days. Subject to Clause 11.5, the Licensor shall use best endeavours to ensure that the Data that LICENSEE receives is of a quantity and quality (including in terms of consistency, accuracy, timeliness and comprehensiveness) at least equal to comparable Data supplied by the Licensor to any other third party from time to time.
Supply of Data. (a) The Transmission Owners shall provide to the Office of the Interconnection on an annual or periodic basis as specified by the Office of the Interconnection, any information and data reasonably required by the Office of the Interconnection to perform the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, including but not limited to the following: (i) a description of the total load to be served from each substation; (ii) the amount of any interruptible loads included in the total load (including conditions under which an interruption can be implemented and any limitations on the duration and frequency of interruptions); (iii) a description of all generation resources to be located in the geographic region encompassed by the Transmission Owner’s transmission facilities, including unit sizes, VAR capability, operating restrictions, and any must-run unit designations required for system reliability or contract reasons; the (iv) current local planning information, including all criteria, assumptions and models used by the Transmission Owners, such as those used to develop Supplemental Projects. The data required under this Section shall be provided in the form and manner specified by the Office of the Interconnection.

3.2 THE AUTHORITY shall transmit data for each part of the Activities, electronically in a batch file as specified in the ILR Specification 2017 to 2018.
3.3 Data collected must be transmitted to the ESFA’s secure online portal: The Hub. The Hub is restricted and THE AUTHORITY confirms it has agreed to comply with the conditions of use regarding the supply of data to the ESFA.
3.4 THE AUTHORITY must ensure that data is received by the ESFA in accordance with the data collection timetable. THE AUTHORITY should refer to the ESFA’s ILR webpage for additional data guidance and information.
3.5 The ESFA reserves the right to require THE AUTHORITY, at its own cost, to carry out such work as the ESFA deems necessary to make a material improvement to the quality of data.
3.6 The ESFA reserves the right to suspend payments to THE AUTHORITY under the Agreement where data quality gives rise to a material impact (in the view of the ESFA) upon the accuracy of the data provided by THE AUTHORITY.

3.8 At times, the ESFA will need to share information with THE AUTHORITY. The ESFA will do this securely via The HUB. By accessing and using this system THE AUTHORITY agrees to the terms and conditions detailed at the site governing how it accesses and use the portal. THE AUTHORITY will need to ensure that it has the right hardware, operating system and browser.
Supply of Data. 3.1 THE NMSS must supply data on each individual student in accordance with the data collection framework set out in the ‘School Census 2015 to 2016’ at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/school-census as amended and updated.
3.2 The NMSS shall transmit data for each part of the Activities, described in the Appendices as specified in the ‘School Census 2015 to 2016’ at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/school-census.
3.3 Data collected must be transmitted through COLLECT, the Department’s centralised data collection and management system at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/school- census. The Hub is restricted and THE NMSS confirms it has agreed to comply with conditions of use regarding the supply of data to COLLECT.
3.4 The EFA reserves the right to require THE NMSS, at its own cost, to carry out such work as the EFA deems necessary to make a material improvement to the quality of data.
3.5 The EFA reserves the right to suspend payments to THE NMSS under the Funding Agreement where data quality gives rise to a material impact (in the view of the EFA) upon the accuracy of the data provided by THE NMSS.
3.6 THE NMSS shall register with UKRLP and maintain contact details on an on-going basis. (xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx)
3.7 At times the EFA will need to share information with THE SPI. The EFA will do this securely via the Information Management Portal. By accessing and using this system THE SPI agrees to the terms and conditions detailed at the site governing how it accesses and use the portal. THE SPI will need to ensure that it has the right hardware, operating system and browser.
Supply of Data. During the Term, LG&E/KU shall supply to the Reliability Coordinator, and/or grant the Reliability Coordinator access to all Data that the Reliability Coordinator reasonably requires to perform the Functions. The Parties shall agree upon the initial format and manner in which such Data shall be provided. For purposes of this Agreement, “Data” means all information, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds which are embodied in any electronic or tangible medium and which (a) are supplied or in respect of which access is granted to the Reliability Coordinator by LG&E/KU under this Agreement, which shall be LG&E/KU’s Data, (b) are prepared, stored or transmitted by the Reliability Coordinator solely on behalf of LG&E/KU, which shall be LG&E/KU’s Data; or (c) are compiled by the Reliability Coordinator by aggregating Data owned by LG&E/KU and Data owned by third parties, which shall be Reliability Coordinator’s Data.
Supply of Data. The Regional Transmission Owners, those entities requesting transmission service and any other entities proposing to provide Transmission Facilities to be integrated into the PJM Control Area shall supply such information and data reasonably required by the Office of the Interconnection to perform the enhancement and expansion study.
