Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
Staffing Committee The Board and the teachers agree to the following:
Special Education Committee The parties agree to establish a committee comprised of representatives from ETFO, the Ministry of Education and school board leadership in the area of special education. Additional representatives may be invited as resources to the committee as needed. The committee will discuss current issues as identified by the parties related to supporting students with special education needs. The committee shall meet regularly commencing no later than November 30, 2015 and recommendations will be made to the Minister of Education by April 30, 2016. Terms of reference will be jointly developed to inform the scope of discussions and recommendations. Benefits Advisory Committee An advisory committee with representatives designated by VSEA and the State shall meet and consult regularly concerning the operation and administration of the Medical, Dental Assistance and Life Insurance Plans, Wellness, Department fitness programs, and any other health related subjects.
Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.
Joint Consultative Committee 46.1 The parties recognise the need for effective communication to improve the business/operational performance and working environment in agencies.
Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
