School Related Expenses. Car Allowance: Teachers who use their own auto and who are assigned more than one school, will be reimbursed for such travel between schools. There will be no reimbursement for mileage to or from the teacher’s home. The maximum established allowable mileage rate for state agencies in Kansas will be used as a guideline, but the Board will retain the right to set the rate.
