School Way Café Employee. A. The board shall supply uniforms for each non-probationary School Way Café employee. Each non-probationary Uniforms for School Way Café employee will be fitted for uniforms within the first thirty (30) days of returning to work for the new school year will be fitted for uniforms or at the end of the previous year. The Board will offer an alternative to School Way Café employees to select a pair of pre-approved uniform shoes in lieu of uniform pants. Utilization of a non-uniform pant by said employee shall comply with standards established by the School Way Café director. (Moved from Article 23)
