Uniform Pants a. At worksites where uniform pants are not required, DGS shall provide eleven (11) uniform pants upon the custodian’s request. If provided, the employee shall be required to wear the uniform pants. b. In worksites where uniform pants are required, DGS shall provide eleven (11) uniform pants to custodians.

Uniform Pants. Uniform pants must comply with the following requirements: 1. Pants shall be full length and go to the top of the shoes while standing. All cropped pants are prohibited (including Capri pants and shorts). 2. Pants must be either solid black or navy blue in color. 3. Pants must be made from the following materials: cotton, wool, or gabardine fabric. Denim, regardless of color, is prohibited. 4. Pants may be purchased from any retailer, so long as they comply with the length, color and material requirements contained in this policy. 5. Exceptions to this provision must be approved in advance by the Fire Chief or designee.

  • Uniforms The Employer shall supply and maintain uniforms for employees who are required to wear same.

  • Uniform Allowance ‌ If the Employer requires an employee to supply and/or maintain specified clothing in place of a uniform which would otherwise be supplied and maintained for jobs involving the direct care of patients/residents, then a clothing/maintenance allowance of ten dollars ($10.00) per bi-weekly pay period shall be paid. This allowance does not apply to non-patient/non-resident areas.
