In order to ensure consistency as between the various area references, the land areas referenced in the body of this Agreement and in the other Schedules to this Agreement are derived from CAD drawings, which includes an updating of old survey information where available. All areas are subject to confirmation upon legal survey.   • POWER SURGE PROTECTION This Agreement provides power surge protection from the product date of purchase of the Covered Product in the absence of insurance coverage. If the Covered Product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will replace the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein. You may be required to submit proof of claim denial from Your insurer, if applicable.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Coverage Under the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan From July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, health coverage under the SEGIP will continue at the level in effect on June 30, 2019. Effective January 1, 2020, Advantage will cover eligible services subject to the copayments, deductibles and coinsurance coverage limits stated. Services provided through Advantage are subject to the managed care procedures and principles, including standards of medical necessity and appropriate practice, of the plan administrators. Coverage details are provided in the Advantage Summary of Benefits.

  • Domestic Partner Coverage This Contract covers domestic partners of Subscribers as Spouses. If You selected family coverage, Children covered under this Contract also includes the Children of Your domestic partner. Proof of the domestic partnership and financial interdependence must be submitted in the form of:

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
