Scientific Council. The Scientific Council is constituted by selected representatives of the Purpose Vehicles and external experts from the scientific and industrial community selected by the Supervisory Council. The Scientific Council is in charge of advising the Supervisory Council, under request, on scientific aspects of general level to guarantee the quality of ECTP’s activities. The Scientific Council does not substitute the PVs in defining PVs scientific priorities.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • MINISTRY/SCHOOL BOARD INITIATIVES ETFO will be an active participant in the consultation process to develop a Ministry of Education PPM regarding Ministry/School Board Initiatives.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Design Team The Design Professional represents that it has or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in the performance of this Contract, except for personnel required to be furnished by the Owner. The Design Professional’s personnel shall not be employees of the Owner. . The Design Professional further represents that all of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Design Professional or under its supervision, or by subconsultants under its supervision, as applicable.   • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities.
