Scope and Effect of Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces, from the date of this agreement, all other prior discussions, representations, agreements and understandings of every kind or nature, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter here of, including without limitation each previously existing business associate agreement, if any, between Business Associate and the Covered Entity.
Scope and Effect of Agreement. A. This Agreement constitutes the entire and complete commitment and agreement between the parties concerning wages and terms and conditions of employment for the duration of the Agreement. The parties hereby agree that this Agreement is in full settlement of all outstanding issues between the parties, and that this Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the mutual consent of the parties in a written, executed amendment of this Agreement.
B. If any provision of this Agreement is declared by the proper judicial or legislative authority to be unlawful, unenforceable, or unconstitutional, all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration hereof.
C. This Agreement shall become effective upon the approval by the Board of Education and the Association. This Agreement shall continue in effect until the commencement of the 2027-2028 school year, unless it is extended for a specific period by the written agreement of the parties hereto.

The Parties understand that this Agreement is subject to approval by the Commission. As soon as practicable after the Parties have signed the Agreement, a Motion for Commission Approval and Adoption of the Agreement will be filed. The Parties agree to support the Agreement, recommend that the Commission approve it in its entirety without change and use their best efforts to secure Commission approval of it in its entirety without modification. The Parties agree that, if the Commission fails to adopt the Agreement in its entirety without material change and issue the requested operating authority, the Parties shall convene a settlement conference within 15 days thereof to discuss whether they can resolve any issues raised by the Commission’s actions. If the Parties cannot mutually agree to resolve the issues raised by the Commission’s actions, the Agreement shall be rescinded and the Parties shall be released from their obligation to support this Agreement. Thereafter, the Parties may pursue any action they deem appropriate, but agree to cooperate to establish a procedural schedule for the remainder of the proceeding and agree that neither this Agreement nor its terms shall be admissible in such proceeding unless the Parties agree.

Entire Agreement This Agreement is the sole and entire collective agreement between the parties in respect to bargain-able wages, hours, and conditions of employment for all members of the bargaining unit. 2. Maintenance No member shall suffer a reduction in wages or fringe benefits as a result of signing this Agreement.

Scope and Effect of Agreement. This Agreement and Declaration is made pursuant to LUO Section 21-5.380, relating to the joint development of two (2) or more adjacent subdivision lots. Upon issuance of a CUP for joint development, this Agreement and Declaration together with the CUP therefor shall cause the Property to be considered and regulated as one zoning lot for the purposes of zoning and development.
