Scope and Role of the Parties. This DPE applies to the Processing of Personal Data by Workday to provide the Covered Service. For the purposes of this DPE, Customer is a Controller or a Processor and Workday is a Processor.
Scope and Role of the Parties. This Addendum applies to the Processing of Personal Data by Convo in the course of providing Services under the Agreement. For the purposes of this Addendum: (i) Customer is the Data Controller; and (ii) with respect to Personal Data for which Customer is the Data Controller, Convo is the Data Processor Processing such Personal Data on Customer’s behalf; (iii) with respect to Personal Data for which Customer is a Data Processor for a third party Data Controller (“Third Party Data Controller”), Convo is a sub- processor to Process Personal Data on the Data Controller’s behalf. For simplification purposes, Convo is hereinafter referred to a Data Processor for scenario (ii) and (iii) above. To the extent Customer acts as a Data Processor to a Third Party Data Controller, (a) any rights granted to Customer in this Addendum include the right for Customer to exercise such rights on behalf of the Third Party Data Controller; (b) any notifications or instructions to be given by Customer include the right to convey notification and instructions of the Third Party Data Controller to Convo; (c) any notifications to be given by Convo will be conveyed by Customer to the Third Party Data Controller; and (d) any instructions given by Customer include the instructions given by the Third Party Data Controller.
Scope and Role of the Parties. This Arrangement applies to the Processing of Personal Data by the Parties wherein the Parties are Joint Controllers with respect to the Personal Data collected or Processed under the Agreement.
Scope and Role of the Parties. This DPA applies to the Processing of Personal Data by Stova in the course of providing the Services. As between the parties, Client (together with its Permitted Affiliates) is the Data Controller and Stova is the Data Processor of Personal Data. Stova shall Process the Personal Data as a Data Processor only for the purpose of providing the Services described in the Agreement. In no event will Stova Process the Personal Data for its own purposes or those of any third party.

For the purposes of this DPE, You are the Data Controller and Cloudamize is the Data Processor, Processing Personal Data on Your behalf. Cloudamize shall Process Personal Data to provide the Services to You. The duration of the Processing shall be for the term of the Agreement. The types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects are set forth in Appendix 1 to the Standard Contractual Clauses, which is hereby incorporated into this DPE by reference.
Scope and Role of the Parties. This DPE applies to the Processing of Personal Data by SITUSAMC in the course of providing the Service. For the purposes of this DPE, you are the Data Controller(s) and SITUSAMC is the Data Processor, Processing Personal Data on your behalf to provide the Service (operation and maintenance of a software-as-a-service application). The duration of Processing Personal Data will be for the term of the Agreement.

For the purposes of this DPE, Client and its Affiliates are the Data Controller(s) and SpryPoint is the Data Processor. SpryPoint shall Process Personal Information/ Personal Data under the Agreement(s) only as a processor acting on behalf of Client where Client is the Data Controller, SpryPoint agrees that it will Process Personal Information/ Personal Data for the sole purpose of providing the Services as described in the Agreement(s).
