SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT AND AWARD OF CALL-OFF CONTRACTS. 1.1 This Agreement provides a Framework for the Purchaser to use the Services of the Provider and is not intended to impose any restriction on the ability of the Purchaser to use the services of other providers. There will be no obligation on the Purchaser to award any Order under this Agreement during the Agreement Period.
